We want to be sure that you know what your money is buying you, and what you can expect from Dance Exploration, LLC! With the Economy in such disarray we understand that you may not have it in your budget to spend money on dance classes, especially if you do not know what that money is going to buy you!

Registration Fee
The Registration fee pays for costs of aquiring new students. This fee also goes towards Graduation Ceremonies for your children which may include costumes, flowers, certificates of completion and awards! This fee also helps with costs for props, music, and other items needed to conduct the classes each week.
This Fee is charged annually. It is Non-Refundable.
Session Cost
Session Costs vary based on school location, session length and class length. Hour long classes are more costly than Fourty-Five Minute Classes, since the instructor is there for a longer period of time, and there is usually a cost for renting the space in the school. We have schools which only need a six week session, which means fewer classes and therefore a lower rate than a ten week session.
The session cost is determined based on how many classes there are, the length and also how much the school or location is charging to rent the space. In Jefferson County it costs about 12.00 per hour to rent the Gymnasiums and Cafeterias that we normally utilize. We Include that in our session costs as well as a rate to pay our instructors. We try to keep our sessions per class below $15/class, to offer a competitive and fair rate. With this being said, we do have a minimum child requirement for each class, which is about 7 for a Fourty-Five Minute long Class and 6 for an Hour Long Class. If we do not have enough children enrolled, the class may be cancelled.
Pay Pal Fee
Pay Pal charges Dance Exploration, LLC a fee to collect payments through their service. To combat that fee, we do apply a $5.00 Non-Refundable Pay Pal Service Fee. You can avoid this fee by paying with a check, money order, or cash payment.
Check Fee
We do charge a $25.00 Fee for any checks that do not clear the bank, whether it be for insufficient funds or otherwise. Please note that if your check has not cleared, your child will not be able to participate in their session, until the balance is paid in full. If you have had a check that has not cleared, you will not be able to pay again with a check for six months. We apologize for any inconvinience.
