Grace: You can always tell a dancer because of the grace they possess. Posture: Dance stresses the alignment of the bones in the head, neck, spinal chord, and hips. Cardio Exercise: Dance is a fun and easy way to exercise. Since it is done in a group you can never get bored or tire from it! Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles: Dancers are athletes and therefore dance encourages a healthy diet and active lifestyle!
